02Acoustic Challenge
OT-grade ceiling systems must hold differential pressure, accept HEPA filter modules, and tolerate aggressive cleaning agents, all while meeting NRC ≥ 0.80 for surgeon-team communication.
03TRI-STATE ACOUSTICS's Solution
Sealed-edge mineral fibre tile system rated for OT use, integrated HEPA module frames, gypsum-backed perimeter for pressure containment. Coordinated with C-arm clearances throughout.
04Outcome
All 12 theatres handed over to commissioning ahead of programme. Acoustic, pressure, and cleanability all within CSA spec on first audit.
